FL Counseling Services FAQ

  • I offer individual therapy services for clients ages 18 and older.

  • No. My online, telehealth counseling, services are only offered to clients anywhere in the state of Florida. This is due to the legal requirements of the state that therapists are licensed in.

  • My counseling services in Florida are offered online via a confidential HIPAA compliant platform. You don’t need to download any software. All you need is access to wifi or an internet connection using a phone, computer, or tablet. I will provide you the link after scheduling.

  • Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

  • Therapy services help clients minimize stress levels, boost self-regulation, and develop satisfying relationships. My compassionate, client-centered, holistic approach to counseling helps individuals develop the emotional resilience and personal strength necessary to nurture secure and fulfilling relationships.

  • I look at healing through an Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) lens and have a holistic approach. This means I integrate mind and body, leaning on Trauma-Informed and Mindfulness-Based practices into the process.
