Hi, I'm Ashley (she/her) and I am the founder and owner of Action Ashley Counseling & Services.
Welcome to my Practice!
I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, compassionate environment to help you take on life from a confident and secure base.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, grief, chronic illness and pain, and life transitions.
In my approach to counseling, I provide action oriented therapy to help you get your energy and motivation back. Find hope. Build confidence. And reconnect with life.
I use an integrative approach with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices to help with your individual needs.
