Hi, I'm Ashley (she/her) and I am the founder and owner of Action Ashley Counseling & Services. 


Welcome to my Practice! 


As a Grief Specialist I help clients navigate the stages of grief triggered by loss and change such as chronic illness, job loss, breakups, change in location, divorce, miscarriages, estrangement from family, loss of a loved one, COVID-19, and more. 


In my approach to counseling, I provide action oriented therapy to help you get your energy and motivation back. Find hope. Build confidence. And reconnect with life. 


I use an integrative approach with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices to help with your individual needs. 

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental, compassionate environment to help you find clarity and confidence as you move forward from grief.
