Take action with Ashley!

Hi, I’m Ashley Gersh, LMHC. I’m really glad you’re here and taking this important step toward healing.

It’s normal to want secure, safe relationships, to find confidence in our own voices, and to feel less anxious. But sometimes, we get stuck in patterns that aren’t helping us.

I specialize in therapy for when you’ve lost someone—or feel like you’re losing yourself in a relationship. Together, we’ll work to help you feel like yourself again, know your boundaries, reduce anxiety around saying no, find clarity (about divorce), and process grief over loss and relationships that remain strained.

I use techniques like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Mindfulness to support healing. If you find it hard to say no but resent yourself later, feel emotionally drained because you’re walking on eggshells, and feel misunderstood by family members, then it’s time to reclaim your voice and begin the healing process.

Imagine how life could change if you stopped stopped doubting yourself, if you weren’t afraid to walk away from the relationship when it was no longer right, and if you honored your boundaries?

I believe this is possible for you. And I’m here to help you do it with virtual sessions for Florida residents. You don’t have to stay stuck. Through our work together, you can start to feel like yourself again, move beyond just surviving, and take control of the path ahead.

Bite-Sized Tips.

Sharing Food For Thought on Instagram and TikTok to make mental health topics more digestible.

Food For Thought.

Moving kitchen conversations to the counseling room because the best conversations happen around the kitchen table and with your therapist.

Why does a breakup hurt?

There’s a death of an imagined future. When WE becomes ME.

Some relationships are life stories and others, just love stories.

As a trained therapist in Florida, I am committed to not just helping you manage the pain, but to heal from it.

I’m here to help.
