Mindfulness & Resilience Group
Let's face it, navigating high school and the transition to college is challenging! You're balancing demands from school, family responsibilities, new relationships and friendships, all while trying to figure out who you are and what you want to be.
You are not alone if you've felt stressed, anxious, or depressed trying to maintain balance.
In 7 weeks you will enhance mindfulness and strengthen resilience to better tackle adversity later on in life.
Learn how to utilize mindfulness to combat stress, relaxation techniques to regulate emotions, and resilience strategies to challenge negative thinking patterns and bounce forward after the inevitability of life's obstacles.
What is included in the 7 Week Mindfulness & Resilience Group:
Each session will be 90 minutes in duration
Tuesdays @4:00pm - 5:30pm
$40/session for $280 total for 7 weeks
Intake Session Required for new Participants ($50)
Sessions Held Virtually
Participants must be 16 - 22 years old
