Let's be real, adulting is hard and navigating life's ups and downs is overwhelming!


Whether that's starting college, graduating college and entering the workforce, moving homes, changing jobs, working at a high stress job, or managing starting a family and work you're balancing a lot on your plate. 

You are not alone if you've experienced anxiety, depression, or challenges as you try to maintain balance.


It's normal to feel both sad and excited when experiencing life transitions, especially as you leave behind one thing to start something else new. Maybe you've tried coping with the changes in your life on your own, but you still feel stuck and overwhelmed. No one gives us a blueprint on life so it's normal to feel nervous, scared, sad, or overwhelmed as you navigate uncharted waters. I'm here to help you in developing healthy boundaries, increase self-esteem, manage stress and anxiety, gain energy and motivation, navigate relationship challenges, and reconnect with life again.


In my approach to help you with your individual needs, I use integrative techniques with a strong emphasis on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Practices. Together we leverage your strengths, hone in on your values, and implement various assignments and tools to help you reduce symptoms, improve mood, and live a more satisfied life.
