Hello! I’m Ashley and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, Self-Care Coach, Researcher, Consultant, and Speaker.
Our lives are made up of stories from our past, our present, and our hopes for the future. Sometimes our lives align with the stories we create for ourselves and sometimes they don’t. Through my counseling services, I help those struggling with depression, grief/loss, cancer, and life transitions navigate difficult emotions and identify your values so that you can live a more satisfied life.
It’s normal when grieving a loved one, our health, a relationship, job loss, or expectations for us to feel overwhelmed, hopeless, and lost, but you don’t have to take action tackling those unpleasant feelings alone. Together, you can find purpose again, incorporate self-care, and take action from a place of empowerment.
Endings signify a loss and a piece of our identify that is now gone or shifting. I further work to better understand grief and loss as it relates to transitional periods in our professional lives. Through research, I explore the use of a structured creative model in the supervision termination experience of counselors in training. My research helps inform me of the ways we utilize creativity to combat stressful situations, such as an ending in our lives.

As a busy professional, you can be busy trying to meet all of life’s demands and forget to put taking care of yourself as a priority.
As entrepreneurs, we have the creative spirit to want to take on so much. However, this can lead to chaos in our personal and professional life if not managed. There are clear ways to manage your stress and overall wellness in order to prevent burnout. That’s why I created a formula to allow others in on the secret for how to make taking care of yourself attainable, fun, and effective.
Self-care is not selfish, it is necessary to thrive.
Just as I encourage you to have a self-care regimen, I take my own advice too. I batch my days so that I can can give my clients in each of my services the attention and energy they deserve.

I provide consulting to entrepreneurs, busy professionals, corporations, small businesses, and screenwriters on the portrayal of mental health, how to prevent burnout through wellness practices, and breaking mental health stigma barriers.
I also offer Group Consulting through Self-Care Accountability Calls. These calls offer a space for community and mindfulness so that you feel grounded before taking on the day.
